El Bulli: Cooking in Progress, the documentary on Ferran Adria and his renowned restaurant, opens in New York on Friday. I want to see it and smuggle in a bottle of cava! Judging from the trailer, it's going to be a lot of intense scenes revolving around foam. Will there be ravioli foam? Or an amuse bouche of salt and vinegar potato chip foam with free range honey?
The famous restaurant closes its doors on July 30th. We should all pour out some foam shaving cream to show respect.
