birthday date night

Last Wednesday was my birthday and it was one of the best birthdays ever, especially since it commenced with getting some cute prezzies from my boo!

Some other highlights:

Boo visited me at work and brought these delicious Italian sandwiches.

For dinner, we went to Marlow and Sons in Williamsburg. Have you guys been? I recommend it for a romantic date or small group dinner. We feasted on oysters, pate, cheese, and sparkling rosaaaaaaay.

Then we ended the night with an episode of The Walking Dead. Best birthday ever!

PS the other night I had way too many glasses of bubbly and boo said that I was walking slowly with my head down and looked like a zombie. And he said that in the unfortunate event I ever turned into a zombie he'd never be able to cut my head off or shoot me. And that he'd rather get bitten and become a zombie so we could hang out together. In a really weird, gruesome way, that is the most romantic thing anyone's ever said to me :)

The next night, we had tickets to see Ghostbusters at the AMC theater in Times Square. It was so awesome to see the Marshallow Man on the big screen!

After the movie, we decided to continue the Times Square date night experience and have dinner at Chevy's.

We each got margaritas the size of our heads.

Note: these are the REGULAR sized margies. I assume the large comes in a bathtub.

I love that we can go from a classy joint like Marlow and Sons to a cheesy Mexamerican restaurant in Times Square. We have good times.

Oh and should I ever get bitten by a zombie, I would knock all my teeth out so that I could never bite boo.
