We didn't have milk on hand so I used half and half. These came out looking dense but were actually very light and sorta reminded me of Mcgriddles. If you're never had a McGriddle, I highly recommend trying one in the very near future -- with egg and sausage sandwiched between two, thin pancakes, it perfectly captures the delicate dance between sweet and savory. Just make sure you have your cardiologist on speed dial.
